Image Compress Tool is a free, offline tool that lets you reduce image file size with full control over quality for JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, and even HEIC (converted).

How to Use:

1. Select images using the input on the left or drag & drop them into the preview area on the right.
2. Adjust the quality slider (higher % = better quality, larger file).
3. Click “Compress & Download” on the left – compressed images will download automatically as individual files.
4. Use “Clear / Reset” to start over.
